Charlie and Leslie, owners of W’s Village Grille have lived in Waldwick for the past 20 years! Leslie also grew up in Waldwick. For the past 8 years, they spent most of their time in Oakland, NJ at their previous restaurant: W’s Grill. Prior to owning W’s Grill, Charlie worked for the New York Yankees Organization earning 5 World Series Rings during his 21 years with the team. He was also inducted into the Staten Island Hall of Fame. Throughout the restaurant you will find Yankees memorabilia personalized to him, by his former teammates.
